Frequently Asked Questions

How much is a full groom?

All services are priced based on weight. There is a digital scale in the facility that all dogs sit on after services are provided. Please see "Grooming Prices" for more details.

What is a shedding treatment

A shedding treatment is done to reduce shedding. On average shedding is reduced up to 90% for up to 6 weeks. However, each pet is different and their coat will take to the treatment different than others. When the pet comes in, they receive an initial blow out to lift out some of the dead hair. They are then transferred into the tub to receive a special shampoo and conditioner that sets into the hair follicle to pull up the dead hair and loosen the dying hair. Once finished in the tub, they get another blow out and an extended brushing. Pets leave with not only less hair, but a soft and shiny coat as well.
